Pinocchio Fries Everyone loves this "Italian style" substitute for greasy french fries. Dip them in Super Secret Sauce below. 5 pounds red or white unpeeled potatoes, cut into wedges 1/2 cup olive oil or melted butter 2 cloves garlic, crushed or 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon each: salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, parsley Roll potato wedges in oil mixture and place flat on cookie sheets.
