Easy Butternut Squash Soup
I crave this soup when the weather gets chilly. Throws together in about 10 minutes if the squash and sweet potato are baked beforehand. Plus I always have these ingredients on hand or can substitute more of one. Ingredients: 1 medium butternut squash cleaned and baked skin side up 1 large sweet potato baked same way (or large 40 oz canned - drain syrup) 1 28oz can pumpkin puree 1 20oz can coconut cream 1 pint unsweetened applesauce 1 Tablespoon Salt Blend ingredients in blender until smooth. Creamy Keto French Vanilla Frozen Custard
Our daughter Lauren named this "Nicotene Ice Cream" because it's just about addicting. If you're not actively cleaning up your microbiome, this one's fun with mix-ins like toffeed nuts (Pralines N' Cream), mape syrup with pecans (Maple Nut) or drizzed with chocolate syrup folded in just before firming up in the kitchen freezer. Pumpkin Patch Smoothie
It's alright if you drool. This smoothie has that affect. Organic pumpkin puree, coconut cream, a little pumpkin pie spice and Wahla! Hey, wipe that waterfall from your chin. ;)
Recipe
3 cups ice cubes
2 cups water
1 can coconut milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup honey or 1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon each, ground cloves and nutmeg
Blend on high for about 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Creamy Cauli-Broccoli Chowder (serves 6) At our house we serve this broccoli chowder with a small pitcher of thinned Mock Sour Cream so kids can draw designs in their soup.
