Grilled Chicken Cranberry Apple Salad
Doesn’t have to be a new year to invent a healthy new you! Hungry for your dinner? Try our family’s favorite grilled chicken salad. You will NOT be disappointed.
Ingredients:
- romaine lettuce
- grilled chicken
- sliced red apples
- sliced avocado
- cranberries
Carver’s Salad Dressing
- 1 cup safflower or light olive oil
- ½ cup honey, xylitol (lower carb) or granulated stevia (zero carb)
- 1/3 cup mustard—yellow, brown or deli style
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon mayo
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
