Doesn’t have to be a new year to invent a healthy new you! Hungry for your dinner? Try our family’s favorite grilled chicken salad. You will NOT be disappointed.

Ingredients:

  • romaine lettuce
  • grilled chicken
  • sliced red apples
  • sliced avocado
  • cranberries

Carver’s Salad Dressing 

  • 1 cup safflower or light olive oil
  • ½ cup honey, xylitol (lower carb) or granulated stevia (zero carb)
  • 1/3 cup mustard—yellow, brown or deli style
  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon mayo
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
