
Grilled Chicken Cranberry Apple Salad
Doesn’t have to be a new year to invent a healthy new you! Hungry for your dinner? Try our family’s favorite grilled chicken salad. You will NOT be disappointed.
Ingredients:
romaine lettuce
grilled chicken
sliced red apples
sliced avocado
cranberries
Carver’s Salad Dressing
1 cup safflower or light olive oil
½ cup honey, xylitol (lower carb) or granulated stevia (zero carb)
1/3 cup mustard—yellow, brown or deli style
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon mayo
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
