Berry Gelato - Ninja Cremi Style

In high speed blender combine:


13 oz can (1.5 cups) coconut milk or cream

1 cup triple berry blend (blackberry, raspberry, blueberry)

2 Tbsp preferred sweetener (I use granulated monkfruit/erythritol)

½ tsp xanthan gum or guar gum (makes the final product easier to scoop)


Pour mixture into 1 of the ninja cups. Lid them and freeze overnight.


Use Gelato setting on Ninja Cremi to form gelato base.  


Then remove the lid, make a reservoir in the center by pressing down with a spoon.  

Add 2-3 Tbsp more coconut cream. 

Use Mix-In setting on Ninja Cremi to make the final product – delectable gelato that explodes with flavor.       Buon gelato!
