Delicious Grain Free Keto Crackers

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup almond flour

2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted

1 egg, room temp

1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary, chopped

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Combine almond flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl.   Add the coconut oil, egg, and rosemary and stir until combined.   Form the dough into a ball and cover in saran wrap. Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.  Once cooled, place the dough on a piece of parchment paper.   Place another piece of parchment on top, and roll using a rolling pin until the dough is about 1/4″ thick. Cut the dough as evenly as possible (pizza cutter works the best) both vertically and horizontally to form little squares. Poke a hole in the middle (as the Keebler elves do to tell everyone they’re made with special care.)  Then place and separate crackers a bit on a parchment paper lined baking sheet (so they bake evenly around the edges) and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges become golden brown. Cool and serve.
