Carrot Ginger Soup When I was a kid, Mom’s homemade soups were their own form of nurture flying from her fingertips. I love soups! But because Mountain Man exceeded his soup threshold as a teen, I limit its welcome at our table to once a week. This nourishing...
How do you even explain what’s so comforting about the texture of warm steel cut oats on a crisp morning? And since Mountain Man brought home a rice cooker for me 25 years ago, I’ve never burned a batch of hot cereal or grain since. Into a rice cooker add:...
My nanny who lived with me for 9 months had horrible bowel problems. Would go weeks without a bowel movement and became physically ill. It took a few times for me to explain to her about the body and how it works (she came from a really bad background and didn’t really have a mom to teach her the basics). She would take enemas and laxatives, etc., etc. Horrible stuff that didn’t really work. I finally had her order the powder and it was the only thing that cons… Read more

I have to tell you about one time when I had an earache and my mom put liquid Body Balance in my ear. I fell asleep and when I woke up the next morning my ear was all better.
Feel Good Cookbook Wins Again
We just made the Magelby Muffins from The Feel Good Cookbook. Heavenly! What a treat! For lunch the kids helped me prepare the “Kid’s Favorite Salad” (fresh cauliflower, broccoli and peas) and slammed it down. I had to take the serving bowl away so we could have leftovers for tomorrow. 🙂 Thank you for sharing your talents and knowledge with us! Our family is excited to cook our way through your book. It’s already a favorite. Two thumbs way up! … Read more

Signs of Depression, Baby Blues
I just wanted to thank you. Ten years ago my mom bought me your Feel Good Cookbook at Freedom Medical Center. I’d just had my first baby and was suffering from serious depression and poor health. I read the introduction to your book and it gave me hope. I then lived by what you taught and my health improved so much. I was happy and full of energy. I lived like that until I got pregnant with my 3rd child. At that point amidst the craziness of life I went back to m… Read more

I am sick with a condition called Gastroparesis. In other words my stomach is paralyzed. Besides having an upset stomach all the time, my body was really aching and I was not having regular menstrual periods. The doctors didn’t know how to help me except to do surgery and divert my digestion to a bag. They blamed it on my age-since I’m 39 years old. After doingReboot for 30 days, food is beginning to move through me again. I now get my period regularly and more comfortab… Read more

My dog is a Golden Retriever/Australian Shepard. Big dog with long hair. These breeds get constant ear infections. It got so bad she was scratching her ears until they bled. A friend told me to give her Body Balance and I have given her 2 capsules each morning. She has been diabetic and overweight, but over the last few months since taking Body Balance daily has lost 28 lbs and has no more ear infections! These bitter herbs really work. Thank you.

Stomachaches and Wheat Sensitivity
I’ve struggled with the notorious “irritable bowel syndrome” for almost twenty years, finding only very spotty relief and fearing that I’d never be completely regular and forever plagued by randomly occurring debilitating stomachaches. With the Reboot from Feel Good Foods, my gut has finally begun to settle down and operate properly and regularly. I’m more able to tolerate gluten and wheat. I feel much healthier overall and have even been able to maintain my i… Read more
Exodus Lifts Stomachaches
I am lucky to have a mom who helps me feel better. One thing that helps your tummy is Exodus. A good idea is to take Exodus whenever your tummy is hurting and pretty soon, you’ll feel fine. One time I felt sick and I took Exodus and a few minutes later the sickness was all gone. It works that fast.
People Need To Poop!
I have a few friends over here in Germany who were skeptical about bowel health when I told them about it, but they used Exodus Prebiotic Sponge and the word is spreading! I love to see how many women are loving it. One of them (before finding they can buy some of the product over here) asked to buy one of mine because she’d run out. So I sold her one from my last order. Exodus works!

Gut Pain After Antibiotics
After two series of heavy-duty antibiotics this year my husband’s gut was in distress almost continually, primarily upset stomach and diarrhea. After three days of using your cleanse, he reported feeling a lifting of these uncomfortable symptoms. By the end of the week he felt no more gut discomfort at all. Hooray! He is now symptom-free and able to just use the capsules here and there to help “mop up” after an occasional overindulgence. Thanks so much!
